Sales Manager - UK

Accountable for:

  • Deliver and exceed revenue and growth plans via establishment of sales goals and creating forecasts
  • Continuous improvement of service levels
  • Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
  • Generate leads, establish and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
  • Leverage business intelligence data to identify opportunities for incremental growth

Responsible for:

  • Managing the sales team, setting objectives, providing mentorship, coaching and monitor performance
  • Establish and execute a rolling sales plan to expand the customer base and increase LTV
  • Management of strategic key accounts and associated growth
  • Collate and present regular performance updates for a variety of stakeholders
  • Attend conventions and industry events where required to leverage sales opportunities

KPI’s:

  • UK revenue delivery vs budget
  • ACB (active customer base) & LTV (lifetime value)
  • Sales and Margin
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS)
  • Cost of quality

Requirements:

  •  5+ years of proven sales management experience
  •  Proven ability to drive the sales process to achieve sales goals
  •  Strong oral and written communication skills
  •  Ability to analyse and extract sales trends from data
  •  Ensuring all activity aligns with positive results for the customer

Key Stakeholders:

  • Product Manager, Credit Control, Logistics, Quality, Financial Controller

Reports to:

  • Chief Commercial Officer

CRM Marketing Specialist

Accountable for:

  •  Internal CRM processes such as templates, designs, and email triggers

  • Daily management of social media publishing (creating and posting content)

  • Providing content proposals for email marketing and social media

  • Designing media for print or digitalisation

  • Customer segmentation

Responsible for:

  • Delivering compelling content relevant to our customer base

  • Customer data management

  • Propose, design and present content for email marketing across the group

  • Stay updated with relevant legislation/standards affecting food/pharmaceutical safety

  • Produce artwork for product packaging requirements 

KPI’s:

  • Active customer base

  • Average Order Value (RFM)

  • Customer satisfaction 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven marketing experience

  • Ability to work to a high standard of detail

  • Fluent or high-degree of experience in Adobe design suite

  • Ability to analyse and extract trends from data

  • Experience with internal presenting/proofing processes

Key Stakeholders:

  • Marketing team, Product Manager, Website Manager, Purchasers, Quality Manager, Manufacturing team(s)

  • Head of Product & Sales Development
